Pond repair technicians for pumps, filters, liners, plumbing and electrical

We repair the whole system, not just the part that broke: if a pump failed because the filter was undersized, replacing the pump alone buys you six months.

    • Pumps: submersible and external, including correct sizing on replacement
    • Filters and skimmers: media, baskets, bulkheads, gravity-fed and pressurized systems
    • Liners: EPDM patching, seam repair, polyurea spray-in overlays
    • Plumbing: cracked PVC, check valves, bottom drain fittings, auto-fill valves

    Emergency response

Pump failure in July can kill fish in a day. Call us and we'll get an aerator on-site while the repair is scheduled. Commercial maintenance clients get priority dispatch.

    Signs you need repair help

    • The pump trips the breaker or runs hot
    • Flow has dropped and cleaning the filter doesn't bring it back
    • The liner shows a tear, bubble or exposed seam
    • A fitting or valve drips or the auto-fill never shuts off
    • Lights or the UV are dead

    What drives the cost

Diagnostic visits are a flat fee; repairs are quoted on-site with parts. Pump and UV replacements vary with size, and liner repairs depend on whether a patch will hold or the liner needs a polyurea overlay. We carry common pumps, seals and fittings so most repairs are completed on the first visit.

Pond liner leak repair in Long Beach

    Customer story

A liner leak found the right way, in Long Beach

“They came back about three different times to make sure the leak was in the liner, without just saying, oh, we need to pull the liner out. It could have been a leak in the pipe. It's so clear, and you can hear the waterfall. I would recommend you guys to anyone. Fantastic job.”

    Homeowner, Long Beach, CA

A Long Beach homeowner came home to an empty pond. Koi Pros came back three times to confirm the leak was in the liner and not the plumbing before recommending a new liner, then rebuilt the pond with the waterfall he can hear from the house.

    Questions about repair

My pond pump stopped working. What should I do first?

Check the GFCI outlet and the pump intake for debris. If it still won't run, call us. Keep the fish oxygenated with a hose spray or air pump in the meantime.

Can you repair a concrete pond that's cracking?

Yes. Depending on the cause we either epoxy-inject and reseal, or overlay the shell with a flexible polyurea membrane.

    Need repair help?

We assess the whole system first, then quote a fixed scope. Call or send the form.
